Select Create New ______ Connection for your Channel Manager.
Your provider will be displayed as follows:
If you have any questions during this stage, contact GuestTraction support@guesttraction.com
Step 3: Email mapping details to your Channel Manager, so they can connect your property to On Duty (channel name: Webrooms).
Email details are located under Mapping Details:
Next step is to email the mapping details to your channel manager.
Select Compose Email to..... to bring up your default email.
If this does not work, click Copy Details to Clipboard button, and Paste the contents into an email to your channel manager provider.
Your channel manager provider will complete mapping to the Webrooms channel.
Otherwise, you can add this channel and map yourself via your channel manager.
Once email has been sent to your channel manager click SAVE.
Step 4: Check GuestTraction (On Duty) has successfully received availability and rate updates from your channel manager.
Once GuestTraction has successfully received updates from your channel manager, the connection (as below) will display 'Good' instead of 'Inactive'.
Select Edit Connection shown in screenshot above, to view mapping details.
You can also check GuestTraction has successfully received updates via the 'Worksheet', which displays live availability and rates.
If you have any issues regarding the above, please follow up with your channel manager provider to complete the connection if needed. Or contact GuestTraction on support@guesttraction.com
