Under 'System Settings' there is 3 tabs that needs to be checked, filling in any gaps and correcting any errors. The 3 tabs are Contact Details, Property Description, Booking Parameters as highlighted below:
In each of these pages on the right of each field (in yellow) is an explanation of what needs to be entered. If not applicable (i.e. fax number), then leave blank.
In the bottom of each page there is a 'SAVE' button, make sure that you click the 'SAVE' button after making any changes.
After clicking 'SAVE' wait for the pop-up that confirms changes have been saved:
