Submit a request

Step 1: Setting up your On Duty profile.

On Duty login is via: 


Email address/Username: Should be your properties email address. 
Password: Please set your password by selecting the Reset your password... option on the login page. 


If you do not receive a password reset email, please check your spam. If nothing is in spam, then you may have used an incorrect email or still need to be added to On Duty.

Once logged in, there is an Optimise Your Profile checklist on the bottom right corner. Please follow the checklist to complete your profile.
