RESOLVED: 7 December 2022: Drop Down (Select) Boxes not working in Chrome

We are aware of a bug in the latest version of Chrome browser affecting our booking engines. The symptoms of this are that the users cannot use their mouse to view data in drop (select) combo boxes, particularly:

  • Country selector
  • Payment Method Type selector
  • Arrival Time selector

Google are aware of this issue and the fix is in the latest version of Chrome (which is not available at the time of publishing this article).

Currently a user can workaround this issue by:

  • Using arrows to navigate the drop down options
  • Using a browser other than Chrome

When the new version of Chrome becomes available users will be able to update this which will resolve the issue.
