This article describes the solution if your system is unable to connect to us, and you are seeing errors such as "Unable to connect to the revocation server" or "definitive response could not be obtained", "Exception 12057" or similar.
- Open Control Panel -> Internet Options (or just type "Internet Options" while your Windows Start Menu is open)
- Under the Advanced tab, scroll to "Security" and UNTICK "Check for server certificate revocation"
- Retry your connection
This issue can be observed if connecting using a system that requires the use of Certificate Revocation Lists, "CRLs". CRLs are not included in our certificate per a security update described in this article.
