RESOLVED 1 April 2021 - reservations failing to be delivered to PMS

About 3 hours ago (9am) channel manager began getting error messaged from where reservations are failing to be delivered to PMS due to lack of mapping. We have found that this is a issue as there is no problems with mapping. We have raised an incident with support to look into this issue. In the meantime please manually enter any missing bookings (we have found not all bookings are failing, only some).
