About 3 hours ago (9am) channel manager began getting error messaged from Booking.com where reservations are failing to be delivered to PMS due to lack of mapping. We have found that this is a Booking.com issue as there is no problems with mapping. We have raised an incident with Booking.com support to look into this issue. In the meantime please manually enter any missing Booking.com bookings (we have found not all bookings are failing, only some).
