27 Febuary 2020: Email Delivery Delays - RESOLVED

Update: The below issue has now been resolved and email delivery is fully operational again.

 

We are aware of an issue that is causing significant delays in delivery of email. This will be affecting the below services:

  • Guest booking confirmations
  • Property booking confirmations
  • Booking cancellations
  • Password resets
  • Credit card access codes
  • Online check in notifcations
  • Automated guest messaging 

This is being investigated with the highest urgency and an update will be provided to all affected customers as soon as possible.

We apologise for the inconvience caused and appreciate your patience while we resolve this issue.
