17 November 2019: Booking Delivery Issue

We are aware that there seems to be an issue with bookings coming into Webrooms and as a result of this bookings are not being delivered to your PMS. We are urgently investigating this issue to find the cause of the problem and will provide an update as soon as possible. In the meantime please input any missing bookings manually into your PMS to avoid double bookings.

    Please be advised that the issue was fixed around 8:37pm last night. Since then we see no errors in bookings coming through into Webrooms and being delivered. Most missing bookings should have come through but if any are still missing then those need to be entered manually. 

    We apologise again for the inconvenience caused and we are aware that this is not the first time that this particular issue has occurred. Our technical team is working hard to get to the bottom of this problem to ensure it does not happen again.
