Beta test app distribution via MS App Center (Android)

Adding a new tester 

1. Go to Microsoft App Center and sign in.

Sign in with Google using support@guesttraction.com Google account (pass: wh3n1nr0me)

2. Choose the app you want to add a tester for.

3. Click Distribute, the Groups, the Group you want to edit. (usually the name of the property).

4. Click 'Testers', then 'Add Testers'

5. Type in the email of the address you want to add, and then press Enter. The email address will receive an invitation email to download the app.

 

Uploading an updated release

1. Go to Microsoft App Center and sign in.

2. Choose the SSDH app name, and click Distribute > Releases in the side panel.

 

 

3. Click the New Release button.

4. Upload a signed APK, exported from Android Studio. 

5. Optionally add notes to the testers, but you can leave the notes section empty.

6. Choose to share the new release with the GuestTraction and the Sofitel groups. Check the box to make the release mandatory to have the app automatically tell users that there is a new version when they open the app.

7. Create the release, and everyone will receive an email.
