1. Login to Webrooms.
2. Navigate to Content tab.
3. You will arrive in Events.
4. Select Add new event on left hand side.
5. Add the details for the event (include as much or as little information as you want).
6. Once you select Save this event will showcase on your booking system (helpful for guests to know what is happening in area as well)
7. Navigate to Worksheet tab.
8. Move to Deals.
9. Select Edit on the promotion code you want to add the event exclusion too.
10. Scroll to bottom of Edit window and you will find Event Exclusions.
11. Choose your newly created event.
12. Select Save.
