If you have a problem trying to log in that is not related to your password, the issue can be related to cookies stored with your browser. The way to fix this is
From the login page, right click on the parallel lines to the right of the Url
2. Select Cookies and site Data from the menu that pops up
3. Click Manage on-device site data
4. Click on both the Rubbish Bins against secure.web-rooms.co.nz and web-rooms.co.nz
5. Try to log on again, this should work now.
