Step 6 (if needed): How to access credit card details of Golden Chain bookings via Webrooms

Login at https://secure.web-rooms.co.nz/ using your property email address. Use the reset password link if needed to set a password. 

Once logged in go to 'Booking History'

In the 'Booking History' page click the 'Calendar' tab (this will show all bookings sorted by check in date)

Click on a booking to view the booking details. Once viewing booking details scroll down and click 'View' on card details. Please only click 'View' once, it may take a few seconds for pop-up to then appear.

You will then be emailed a 6 digit security code, enter this when asked to view card number (note: the message ID needs to match the email you get for the security code to work)

The code works for 3 hours so you can view as many booking card numbers as you want in that 3 hours without having to request another code
