How to view credit card information in Webrooms

Log in to https://secure.web-rooms.co.nz/.
Go to the "Booking History" page.
Find the booking you want to view the credit card details for in "Booking History" and click "View." You can also use the tabs in "Booking History" (e.g., Calendar, Arrivals, or Departures) to locate the booking you're looking for.
Once viewing the booking, scroll down to the "Card Details" section. The expiry date of the card will be visible, but the card numbers will not.
Click "View" in the "Card Details" section to reveal the card numbers.
A security code will be sent to your email. Enter the code once received to view the card numbers. Please note that each security code comes with a unique Message ID. The Message ID must match the one in the email for the code to work.
- To avoid multiple security codes being sent at once, click "View" for credit card information only once.
Once you have successfully entered the security code and viewed the card numbers, you can repeat the process for another booking without needing a new security code. After using the security code once, you can view as many credit card numbers as needed within one hour without requesting another security code.
