TripAdvisor Links and Widgets on SmartSites

Adding a TripAdvisor Widget:

1. Visit https://www.tripadvisor.co.nz/Widgets.
2. Type your property name into the Search for Your Business field, and select it from the results that drop down.
3. Select Review Snippets if you see it in the suggested widgets, or select Display Reviews on the the left menu and then select Review Snippets (note: the Reviews Snippets often crashes on first load, simply refresh the page if this happens).
4. You may choose to uncheck some of the features. We usually uncheck TripAdvisor Ranking from showing. 
5. Select and copy the resulting HTML code in the box below.
6. Visit Webrooms > System Settings > Property Description > Social Media (at the bottom).
7. Paste the code into the TripAdvisor Widget/Link field and Save.
8. This will add the TripAdvisor widget to your SmartSite if your template allows it.

Adding a TripAdvisor Link:

1. Visit your TripAdvisor profile and copy the entire url.
2. Visit Webrooms > System Settings > Property Description > Social Media (at the bottom).
3. Paste the url into the TripAdvisor Widget/Link field and Save.
4. This will add a simple TripAdvisor logo/link if your template allows it.
