Configuring VisiOnline for Webrooms Sync

In order to prepare VisiOnline for Webrooms Sync installation, we need to

1. Make a note of the credentials used to access VisiOnline
2. Set up the Credential Account that will be used

VisiOnline Credentials

The VisiOnline Credentials are the ones entered as per the dialogue below.

Set up the Credential Account that will be used

1. From the Navigation Window please select Lists -> Mobile Access
2. From the dialogue that pops up, click the Add... button
3. Please add the details we've provided to you in the account details
4. Test to confirm that this account is working
5. Close and Save this account. It does not need to be default
