Handling a Lost or Stolen Phone

If a guest has lost their phone or had it stolen, this is a potential security risk to a property. In this case we recommend the following action is taken:

  • The Guest's Key is explicitly revoked, and
  • The Guest's Device is completely blocked

The Guest's Key can be revoked by following this article. The Guest's Device can be blocked by doing the following:

  1. Log in to Webrooms
  2. Go to Database -> Device Sessions
  3. Find the guest's device
  4. Click Label/Block
  5. Set the Blocking Status to Completely Blocked
  6. Save
