If a guest has lost their phone or had it stolen, this is a potential security risk to a property. In this case we recommend the following action is taken:
- The Guest's Key is explicitly revoked, and
- The Guest's Device is completely blocked
The Guest's Key can be revoked by following this article. The Guest's Device can be blocked by doing the following:
- Log in to Webrooms
- Go to Database -> Device Sessions
- Find the guest's device
- Click Label/Block
- Set the Blocking Status to Completely Blocked
- Save
