For keys to be assigned to guests, they must be allocated.
- Via Booking History, find the relevant booking. View it's details. Ensure all guests are attached to the booking as needed.
- Under Rooms, click "Allocate". Begin typing the room code or name you wish to allocate, and select it. All guests attached to the booking will be allocated. You may wish to untick one or more guests before saving the allocation.
- The allocation will now be visible on the booking details.
