If more than one guest in a booking requires a mobile key, it is necessary to add that guest to the booking.
- Visit Booking History, and find the relevant booking. View the booking details.
- In the "Guests" section, click "Add". If the guest to add already has a profile, find and select them. Otherwise, create a new profile for them.
Note that it may be more appropriate to encourage the guest to install your App and register on it, than to create a profile on their behalf.
If creating a new profile, select the appropriate password creation method to ensure the guest can use it to log in.
- The new guest will be added to the booking instantly; "Save" is not necessary.
