Adding multiple guests to bookings

If more than one guest in a booking requires a mobile key, it is necessary to add that guest to the booking.

  1. Visit Booking History, and find the relevant booking. View the booking details.

  2. In the "Guests" section, click "Add". If the guest to add already has a profile, find and select them. Otherwise, create a new profile for them.
    Note that it may be more appropriate to encourage the guest to install your App and register on it, than to create a profile on their behalf.

    If creating a new profile, select the appropriate password creation method to ensure the guest can use it to log in.

  3. The new guest will be added to the booking instantly; "Save" is not necessary.
