Add Event is a system that can be used to easily create events, including an entire calendar of events, and easily have members add into their personal / business Calendars:
- Individual Events or
- An entire years worth of Events
Calendars:
Embeddable calendars: you can embed calendars on your website(s) to provide a visual of all upcoming events that your clubs are hosting. From the embeddable calendar, your audience can click into individual events and RSVP/add to calendar (RSVP if you wish to collect attendee information), AND they can subscribe to the calendar. You can also embed multiple calendars at once if that is useful to one of your clubs use cases - they may want to create multiple calendars and have each calendar designated for a different type of event.
That subscription calendar functionality allows your club members/event attendees to have the calendar feed synced to their own calendar so all events from the club calendar (via AddEvent) are syncing with their own calendars - it's incredibly convenient! However, as we discussed on the call, your various clubs can decide which solutions make the most sense for them.

RSVP Events:
If you want to collect registrations for events, you can do so by creating and sharing RSVP events. RSVP events enable confirmation and reminder emails to be sent directly from AddEvent so they are guaranteed! As a reminder, the push notifications on events are not guaranteed if your attendees have them disabled in their own calendars, so RSVPs ensure those reminders are received.
You can also use RSVP events as a lead gen opportunity if you share events that are outside of your community.
