Onboarding Process for Bed and Breakfast Association of New Zealand Members for the Marketing Website

This process is as follows:

  1. The association secretary adds the new member property to the system via the Add New Property Button on the Group Dashboard within Webrooms. This adds the property into our "Quarantine" System
  2. The new member property is reviewed by GuestTraction Support, to ensure they do not already existing in our system. If they do not, a new property is created with a Bed and Breakfast Association of New Zealand Profile; if the member already exists a Bed and Breakfast Association of New Zealand Profile is added to their log in
  3. The new member property is emailed by GuestTraction support. The email includes log in details and instructions to follow regarding getting set up. It also includes an invitation for someone at the member property to make a time to be talked through the system by GuestTraction Support
  4. The new member property sets themselves up using the system
  5. The association secretary is able to monitor progress of properties being setup via the Checklists button on the Group Dashboard within Webrooms
  6. The association secretary is able to control which properties are shown on the association website using the "On Website" column buttons from the Member Properties button on the Group Dashboard within Webrooms

Checklist Summaries (Progress of individual properties is available by clicking the show / hide detail button for each Category) 

Member Property List (Under On Website the Green Yes and Red No are buttons; pressing them toggles the status of the property on the https://www.bedandbreakfastnz.co.nz/ website. Updating is instant.

 

Clicking the Remove button on this screen allows an administrator to remove a property that is no longer part of the association.
