We are currently experiencing unplanned disruption of all our online services. Services are partly online but there is significant instability.
We have been urgently working on resolving the issue and we will continue to do this until it is resolved. We will update the status here as new information comes to light.

Some progress has been achieved but this problem is ongoing. We continue to work on resolving this with urgency.
We have learned that issue is due to an issue internal to our hosting platform, AWS. Their engineers have been working on a resolution and continue to do so.
In the mean time GuestTraction is implementing a workaround which will bring us back online. This workaround will take some time to implement. We hope the workaround proves unneeded and our primary service returns. We will post an update here in 2 hours time, or sooner if appropriate.
We continue to work with AWS, on both resolution of the root problem, and a workaround.
Work continues on this long running issue.
We now expect resolution within 90 minutes.
RESOLVED: All services are now largely back to normal.
AWS, our platform, continue to work on resolution of the ongoing original problem. However we have implemented a workaround to restore service.
Further work is continuing to look at the details of this long and unexpected disruption we have suffered.
Websites (both Silverstripe and legacy CMS) are at approximately 80% reliability.
All other services (webrooms, check in, apps, etc) are fully operational.
All services are operational including websites.
We are aware of some instances of problems with booking deliverability and are working through these.
